Description
PP Coarse Denier Nonwoven is a non-woven fabric made from 100% PP that’s perfect for disposable soft goods. The denier of the nonwoven can be as low as 10 g/m, which makes it very soft and comfortable. It also has good strength, so it’s highly durable and can withstand repeated washings.
Coarse denier nonwovens have advantages over fine-denier nonwovens, as they generally have better tensile strength, tear resistance, and abrasion resistance. They also provide a good barrier to liquids and have high porosity, making them ideal for filtration and drainage applications. PP coarse denier nonwoven fabrics are general-purpose woven fabrics with an open structure and warp and weft yarns of polypropylene yarns. The face sheets are made of PP filament yarns by a spinning process in plain, single, or multi-colors.
