Our cotton spunlace used to come from Turkey, and honestly, we had gotten used to the long lead times and the back-and-forth. Then we stopped by NW Fabric’s booth at the Canton Fair back in May 2026. The fabric felt right — soft, clean, 100% cotton — and after talking with their team, we decided to test it.
We make wound dressings and medical wipes in the U.S., so absorbency, softness, and batch-to-batch consistency matter a lot to us. NW Fabric sent samples quickly. The trial run went smoothly. Their salesperson was easy to communicate with — clear answers, no delays, no excuses. When we moved to bulk production, the shipment matched the approved sample exactly, and the lead time was faster than what we were getting from our previous supplier.
The quality has been stable, the rolls run well on our line, and the price is more competitive. We are very happy with this first order and have already decided to keep NW Fabric as our main cotton spunlace supplier going forward.
