Description
It’s a composite fiber with double component core structure, with low melting point and good softness in the cortex, and high melting point and high strength in the core layer. After heat treatment, the fibers are partially fused, and the rest still retain the fiber state and have the characteristics of small thermal shrinkage.
ES non woven fabric as filter paper for making tea bags are mostly PE+PET materials, PET can be hot-sealed and folded easily, can clearly see the folding marks, easy packing, sealing, and easy welding. The commonly used specification is 25gsm-30gsm, press polish surface treatment.
