Description
PLA meltblown nonwoven fabric use polylactic acid as the main raw material, It is 100% biodegradable, eco-friendly, good tensile strength, non-toxic, air- permeable, and the fiber diameter can reach 0.1 to 0.5 microns. These ultrafine fibers with unique capillary structures increase the number and surface area of fibers per unit area, small aperture, high efficiency and lower pressure drop, thereby making the melt blown fabric have good filterability, Shielding, heat insulation and oil absorption, can be used in the fields of air, liquid filtration materials, insulation materials, absorption materials, mask materials, thermal insulation materials and wiping cloths.
After electret electrostatic treatment, it can enhance the ability to adsorb and filter bacteria and viruses. PLA melt blown nonwovens are able to pass the relevant EN13432, ISO 14855 and ASTM D6400, and ASTM D5338 biodegradability and biocompatibility measurements, while achieving industry leading.
