I bought the white color painting flute for a move to protect some furniture while transporting. The thickness is sufficient to prevent scratches. For the price, the quality is absolutely fine.
In the meantime they have also been used to strike and have fulfilled their purpose here too. I can imagine that it may not be enough for someone who does the professional, but for me as a private person it is absolutely enough.
I would buy it again for my purposes and can therefore only recommend it!
